Refund Policy

Thank you for using the Qrio Innovations EV Charging Services. We are committed to providing a reliable and convenient charging experience for electric bikes and electric cars. If you experience any issues with our services or payments made through our mobile application, this Refund Policy explains how we can assist you.

Refundable Cases

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Charging session did not start even after successful payment.
  • Charging session was interrupted due to a technical fault in the charging point.
  • The amount charged is incorrect due to a system error.
  • Duplicate payments for the same charging session.
  • Remaining account balance upon account deletion (must be requested before or after account deletion).

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • User error such as selecting the wrong charging point, duration, or service.
  • Network or mobile device issues on the user's side preventing proper usage.
  • Misuse or tampering with the charging station.
  • Convenience fees charged by the payment gateway.
  • Completed charging sessions.
  • Wallet top-ups, unless a technical error is verified by our team.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Payment reference number (from PayHere or app)
  • Date and time of the incident
  • Description of the issue

Once your request is received, our technical team will verify the charging session logs and payment records.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the refund request is received. Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
