Payment and billing information necessary to process your charging cost, including credit card details, which are securely handled by trusted third-party payment processors.
Charging session details (start time, end time, kWh used, cost)
Qrio Charge collects location data to enable finding nearby EV charging stations, showing your position on the map, and calculating distances to chargers

To process payments via PayHere and manage wallet top-ups
To verify your identity and maintain your account
To improve app performance, functionality, and user experience
To communicate with you, including notifications, support messages, and service updates

Display nearby EV charging stations on a map based on the user's current location

Our mobile app uses basic tracking tools—such as device identifiers, analytics, and Google Maps location services—to improve performance, enhance your experience, and ensure smooth EV charging services. These tools help us fix issues, understand usage patterns, and provide relevant features like locating nearby charging stations.

Account Deletion

When you choose to delete your account through our mobile app, the following actions will occur:

All charging sessions and history will be deleted
Saved vehicles and related data will be removed
Charging preferences and limits will be cleared
Bookings and usage data will be removed
Your profile and settings will be deleted
Wallet and payment records will be erased

Please note that this action cannot be undone. If you have a remaining account balance, you can request a refund at https://qriocharge.com/refund before or after account deletion.
